Back to the doctor I go...

I have to go back to the doctor in the morning. I had what looked like a quarter-sized blister on my tummy, above my incision. It is now open, red, sore, and weepy. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, was it MRSA? I'm a little nervous about it!

Re: Back to the doctor I go...

adnilnna,

I have not had this problem. Just wanted to wish you well at your Doctor's appointment today. They will take care of you and it is good that you called them.

Re: Back to the doctor I go...

I had tons of blisters all around my insicions. Mine were from the adhesive tape they used. They were huge, itched, and even got a rash w/ a red streak! They were big enough and deep enough to scar. I hope yours isn't MRSA, best wishes

Re: Back to the doctor I go...

Good news!!! It is just a blister from the tape they used that got a bit infected. I am now on antibiotics.
