Nicked bladder with possible nerve damage ~ anyone else?

i am 1 week and 4 days post op TAH and have a nicked bladder, i was sent home on the thursday after my surgery after a cth removed, i was okay on friday and then saturday was hurting to pee like i could feel all the pressure and i just couldnt go. ended up in er on sunday morning another cath put on antibitoic and then removed it again on thursday and yet again midnight back in er cant go again another cath-now saying possible nerve damage since no infection and blood gone from urine. anyone else have this happen? really getting aggitated,see dr again on monday.

I am so sorry this has happened to you! Yes, there have been other Hyster Sisters who have had their bladders nicked during surgery. You can find them by doing a Google Search using the blue rectangle at the top right of the page here. Type in 'nicked bladder' and see what posts come up.

I hope you are under proper medical care and are getting treated for both things.
