Going back to work 4wks post op?

I have my 4 week post-op appt. next Thursday and plan to return to work on the 23rd. I work part-time in an office, so it's a pretty much sit-down job and is 4 hrs. per day. I also feel pretty good. Hubby and I are going to classes for foster parenting, and for the past two Saturdays we have been in class from 9-4, so that was my "breaking in" so to speak. We get a break every 1.5 hrs. so it's nice to be able to get up and walk and go to bathroom, etc. I've found the only things now that still hurt are coughing and sneezing. I guess we all heal differently, and like everyone has said, you have to listen to your body. My husband is not around very often these days (works midnights, sleeps during day, works on rentals/flipping houses in evenings) so I've been on my own since about week 2 with most things around the house. Still not doing laundry or running the sweeper....letting my 10 yr. old DD do that!
