Surgery Type: TAH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

Pelvic Floor Strengthening Exercises?

Has anyone gone to extra efforts to do the pelvic floor strenghtening exercises prior to surgery? I guess with a sister who had full prolapse, and my dr. warning me about my own possible weakness, I am a little curious and paranoid.

Ha Ha Ha

Just wondering if anyone makes any extra effort pre-op in that area?
