soft foods????
When the instructions are for soft foods, what would you reccommmend? I know applesauce is acceptable.

I went the Farina/oatmeal route along with yogurt, applesauce, jello, cottage cheese and an occasional Slim Fast.

I was told no dairy products, so that rules out yogurt and cottage cheese..........but thanks for your feedback....I do sooooo like to eat when I am stressed out.

Hi, no dairy does cut out some of your options. I also had soups, mashed potatoes ( no milk or butter ), jello, popcicles, and lots of fruit juices.
