TVH on August 1st

I am scheduled for Aug 1 first thing in the AM. I am nervous and trying to figure out what I am going to do with my 4 mos twins for the first week. Does any one have any advice or hints to make things go smoother. We are leaving behind ovaries and going to go vaginally so I can hopefully go home the next day. As long as there are no complications all should go as planned. Wish me luck and all replies are extremely needed. Thank you so much
