Ready for the Castle
Well, I leave for the castle tomorrow; I have to be there at 1100. I can hardly wait! 
I had a really bad day on Sunday. I had been fine, then started crying. My DH and I were driving to church. He just pulled over, hugged me, and asked what was wrong.  I told him I was scared. He kept his arm around me all through service. After communion, he took my arm and went with me to talk to the pastor, told him about the surgery and that I was scared, then asked the pastor to pray with us. Really sweet!
Now I'm past the fear and excited to have it over! 
Thank you all for the support and friendship I've felt through this site!

Billie - I'm 4 days post-op on a TAH (kept ovaries) and everything could not have gone better. You are a strong, fabulous woman (with a strong, fabulous DH), and you will be just as strong and fabulous tomorrow. Oh, you're gonna feel like crap, don't get me wrong - but strong and fabulous crap. Keep the faith. You'll do great!
