Post-op back/hip pain
I'm three weeks post-op & started feeling lower back plus hip pain a few days ago which worsens if I sit too long. I'm unsure whether it has to do with the surgery or could it be side effects from the Vivelle-Dot 0.1 patch?

It probably has more to do with the fact that you are avoiding using your tummy muscles and your back is taking the brunt of it. Gentle stretching exercises might help but be sure to stop if anything hurts.
