Feeling very out of sorts today.

Hi ladies,
I am now starting week 3 post op. I have been doing very well not feeling much pain. I didn't even take any Motrin for a couple of days. Yesterday afternoon though my incision started to hurt, my back started to hurt, I became so tired. I couldn't even sit in a straight back chair.I also had a slight fever. I went to bed at 8:30!..but couldn't sleep. I finally did get to sleep and DH got home(been working late for a week) and woke me to check on me.He didn't mean to wake me. Of, course then I couldn't go back to sleep for a couple of hours.

Today, I am just sooo tired and my upper arms hurt, my incison hurts and I just feel like laying down. The worst part is that I feel like I just want to cry and I have horrible cabin fever. I feel so silly. I do still have my Overies so I guess I didn't think I would get so emotional.
DH has been dealing with crunch time at work and hasn't been home much. He is taking tomorrow off to stay home with me. I think I am going to ask to go out to breakfast. Maybe that will help. Anyone else feel/felt this way?

I would call your doc about the fever. I hope you feel better.

Yes I felt that too. Even though I could move around better I had tons of muscles pains and a headache for week 3. I felt like isolating. I gave in to it and napped alot that week, then I felt better the next 2 weeks.
