I'm Home!!

Hello Everyone,

I had my TAH/BSO on May 2 and came home sunday. I had a great castle experience and while I was suppose to stay until Monday, my doc said that I was doing way too good to keep me in for another night. I had little pain while in the castle and when I was wheeled into my room I looked at mom and said that it was a piece of cake and gave her the thumbs up sign. I've been having some pain now while I've been home, but I also had a very bumpy 2 hour drive. The drive home was worse than the surgery. I must go now and do some more resting. Thanks for all your prayers, love and support. To all the LIW, the waiting is definatley the worst part.

So glad things went soooooo well! I hope mine does too. I look forward to reading your entire story after you heal enough to write it. Be sure and rest and Keep us posted too.

It is always good for us LIW to hear that yet another has survived the waiting and the castle. Thanks for checking in and reminding us that the waiting is the hardest part.
I for one, envy you......now you are on your road to recovery.
