Where's Aunt Flo?

Lee I wish you the best . Its never easy where surgery is concerned .. but I feel that you need to make a decision you can live with then get on .. (((HUGS)))

For me, Aunt Flo came for her first visit on August 9, 1968. I was 12 years old. It was ironic that my mother was in the hospital at the time recovering from her hysterectomy.

Aunt Flo visited me for one last goodbye on January 2, 2004. I had my TAH/BSO on January 23, 2004. Good bye Aunt flo wherever you are.

For myself and many others,from what I have read here, "Ole FLo" has a ritual of showing up on your surgery date,even if she isn't due. I was glad she chose to visit the day before my surgery,so I could send her packing in the biggest of ways! Don't worry if she visits at surgery time,it shouldn't cause any problems,I think our surgeons are used to the sight of blood.LOL
Unfortunately her sister, "Mother Nature" and thier daddy, "Father Time" continue to hang about!
