Had a rough day today

Today was a rough one for me. I think I worked a bit too hard. I washed the backside of my house. The siding had some black yucky stuff on it. I bleached door frames and moldings. I did laundry and light house cleaning. I mowed my lawn, weeded my flower beds, planted flowers, played basketball with the kids. Cooked dinner, and the list goes on. I noticed that the bleeding became very heavy and the pain almost unbearable. I really need to lie down but the kids are still up and I can't leave them to their own devices.
Man, am I regretting doing all this now! But, I really need to get it done before I go to the castle.

I do have a question though. I started a journal on our personal webpage. I would like to put a link to this site in case any other women are going thru this and read my page and want support. Would it be ok to put a link to here on there? I did make mention of how much "the website I found" has helped me. But did not put a address for the site. If you guys would like to check it out, there is a "WWW" next to my username here.
