Maybe getting somewhere!

I called the doc today and they are going to do my surgery in Jan. The Nurse said she would call me tomorrow to let me know the exact date. I am just wanting to get this over with I am so nervous about doing it I am afraid I won't go through with it if I wait. I know that I have to have the surgery because I have precancerous cell on my cervix and on my uterous. Anyway thanks for everyone listening to me ramble.

Yes....getting that date firmed with the doc's office is a big step! The waiting, with all the anticipation and fear, is worse than the surgery...or recovery. Of course, that's easy for me to say, having been through the whole thing.

The best thing about having to wait a little while is that you have time to plan, which shall make for a more worry-free recovery. Keep busy getting all your affairs in order and preparing your nest. That way, all you have to do is just concentrate on being a Princess once the surgery is done! We're here to help you in any way that we can......

Thanks for listening to me and your right it is good to have time to plan for everything, but I hate waiting the most so far it seems like the doc was in a hurry to get it done that is why she transferred me to a different doc and now its hurry up and wait LOL any way I thank god for this site you ladies have been wonderful.
