Lower abdominal pain 8months post TVH

Hi, I'm quite concerned about this lower abdo pain that I've been having on and of for the past 8 months. Today has been the worst. I took some anti inflammatory painkillers twice today, but it's just taken the edge of the pain away. The pain is like a burning period cramp. I still have my ovaries , however had my uterus and cervix removed. Is this something to worry about? Or is it something that I'm going to have to put up with. My bowels are not regular, but it wasn't pre op.
Would some advice.

Definitely call your doc. It doesn't sound normal and it sounds like you need to be checked out.

Well, i woke up this morning and have absolutely no pain! Weird... could it be my bowel? trapped wind perhaps... i don't know. I will go see the Dr, also get like a nerve like pain on the left side of my abdomen, lasts for a few mins then goes.

I wonder if you have a pinched nerve somewhere that is causing some of this? I know that might account for some of this. Sending hugs that the dr. can figure this out.
