Making Progress

Good morning my Warrior SISTERS! I must say that this journey has been an experience for me. It has been 19 days since my TAH! You hear all the women post hystorectomy say that is the best thing you could do, you will feel wonderful well they forgot to tell you. It takes time to get there...Lol!!! I go up and down then back up and down again. I will say this site has truly helped me but I had to find what works for me. I do feel different my body feels lighter and I have lost 10lbs getting to this point seemed so far away but I am almost to the 1/2 way point! My family especially my hubby has been JUST AMAZING! my job has been exceptionally nice to me. When I first came home I thought to myself I have made a huge mistsake but I was not giving myself time. But today I can say to all the new upcoming Warriors this is your body. Having a hystorectomy is the beginning of a new experience and learning your body all over again.
