3 weeks post vaginal hysterectomy and repairs: energy levels

Hi. Its been 3 weeks since i had my uteras removed and posterior and anterior repair, and i'm so surprised at how much this op has taken out of me energywise. Still having discharge but it has significantly decreased, but vagina still feels sore making walking, climbing stairs uncomfortable. Any other readers have tips on increasing my energy levels?

With a vaginal hysterectomy, there is a lot of retracting of tissues and a lot of cutting and suturing, same with an A&P repair. I find that if I do one thing a day and then rest, I'm good to go.
