hi all , wow never new there was such a place, so glad I found this fourm and I was just looking up info on adhisions. I had a full hysterectomy in april and it went well I think, untill I started having the pain again in my right side, so now Im wondering what is going on in there. and talk about no sex drive I hardly had any before due to all the problems I was having from endometriosis. So now I am playing the waiting game with the doctors to see what they want to do next while taking the wonder cure Motrin. and the hormone Estratest that has a little added bonus for your sex life but with all the pain I have who want too an bless my poor husband who has been a trooper this whole time..
thanks for letting me vent my woes.

I had A Hyster in early June, (major endio) bowel, bladder and right ovary all stuck to uterus. Have kept one ovary they took the right one, am having pain on right side, went to Gyn durng week he said all is looking good and could expect pain/discomfort to last up to 4 months!!! If pain still there after 4 months go back and he will re-assess, Have had intercourse twice since op and felt fine, no pain - yahoo!!! BUT and a big BUT have no libido is now so decreased, feel so bad for partner, although he is being great, am really TIRED all the time, no energy at all. Back at work and struggling. Am going to health shop to find some vitamins that I am hoping will help with general well being.

you are more than welcome to vent anytime this site is made for ppl needing to do that its great.
If you are having any sort of pain though my first suggestion to you would be make an appointment with your Dr. It may be nothing or it may be something that needs attention. So dont play around with any pain what so ever.
As for your sex drive i just think some of us are doomed never to feel h***ny again. No seriously, there are plenty of amazing drugs out there which will help with those sorts of problems. Hormones always seem to be on strike.
It will all work out for you, just follow up with your Dr and you will be on the road to recovery once again.
Best wishes and hope to hear some good news soon.

thanks for your support, i have seen my doctor and im waiting a call from the gyn now. so we shall see. the big O as we say is still out there somewhere LOL I hope to get it back someday. My Gyn is not oppose to trying diferent things so there is hope. Im so glad i found this place of safety to vent and talk about things we all have in common. It seems somedays husbands just dont understand even though they try. My husband has been a saint so far but we have our days. And is it just me or did I get angry after surgery? it seems every llittle thing sets me off these days and i find that i yell alot more then i use to and i dont like it. anyway maybe its just the fat that i have been though alot and they dont get it. and my body wants to do all these strange things now. well enough of that now gotta run take care all thanks again..
