spotting after sex???

I have spotted 2 times after intercourse. Is that normal? I'm afraid to call my doctor since i was just there on Friday. It was the same position both times, but other times it I haven't spotted. Could it be just too much pressure or something from the one position? Has anyone else experience this yet? Otherwise I am feeling good, just wondering about this.

I am 8 weeks out and I am still spotting also. It is in just one position. I was wondering the same thing.

Spotted too, not bright red bleeding, just pinkish discharge for a few days. No pain. I think that is to be expected.

I too having spotting 9 weeks post op. Had pain with intercourse this weekend. Called doc. not to worry it will get better they say. Still feel worried.

I am almost 5 months post-op and I still have times when I spot after sex. Sometimes it is pink sometimes it is red. I have no pain at all. The doctor says there is nothing to worry about -- it just freaks me out because I thought by now this would all be gone. It does seem to help alleviate the spotting if I use lubricant. However, I do not experience problems with dryness when I don't. Anyone else have this issue?

I had this too, and after my recent pap, was told that I had small pieces of flesh left from surgery that cause the spotting - it was called granulation tissue. She treated me with silver nitrate (on a cotton swab) and I guess it dries it out and kind of cauterizes the skin. Now there is no more spotting.

I have not been given the red light but thank you so much for the heads up. I was always bleeding and Now I am 8 weeks post op and recently stopped bleeding from surgery to see blood I would have panicked.
