Re: emtions

I change my patch (vivelle dot .1mg) and I change it every three days...

instead of just say on Sunday and Wednesday....it is every three days (Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday, Tuesday, Friday, Monday, Thursday, Sunday) ....i have found I get a much better control of emotions as well as no migraines that way. It is a little more to keep up with but hey, it works!

My doc said they are supposed to last 4 days, but obviously mine was not. I think everyone is different and different things work for different people.
