33, severe PMDD, considering complete hysterectomy

YES, I have tried LoEstrin before. It was the worst for me. I didn't understand why but now I know. After reading Elizabeth Vliet, M.D. book. She says that people with PMDD and other hormonal problems, their best choice for birth control pills are the ones that are higher in estrogen to progesterone ratio. She lists them exactly which birth control pills have that ratio. Lo Estrin is definately not one of them, in fact, it is the opposite because it has a low estrogen to progesterone ratio, that is why it's called "LoEstrin"
