Just Wondering

Had My Hys On March 7 Feel Pretty Good But My Lower Back Hurts, It Felt Better For A Couple Of Days And Now It Started To Hurt Again. I Was Just Wondering If Any One Haveing This Too.

I found that mine hurt when I sat or laid in 1 position too long. It helped to get up and move.

Just Wondering

When I returned to work at after 4 weeks I suffered horrible back aches. I could tell my muscles were weak. This is my 4th week back at work and it is much better.

Just Wondering

I had them too...but now I'm nearly 6 months recovered and feeling darned good! So hang in there. It is truly worth it all!!!!

Just Wondering

I too am achey mostly around my hips/lower back. Just the lack of movement, sitting too much, muscle tone not where it shoould be, etc... No other complications or "pain", just uncomfortable. Sounds like normal healing to me. Hang in there...I know I am!
