LSH Gases from laparoscopic hysterectomy?

Anyone else have comfort issues after this? Last night lying on my side felt horrible by my ribs. Hard to explain it but it wasn't nice.

Hi, the gas from the surgery was awful for me from the second day to about the 5th. Under the ribs, and in my left shoulder. I took gas x that helped allot. It will go away, so hang in there!

Thankyou yeah my op was Friday. It's right there yeah in my shoulders and ribs.

For about three days it felt like I was being stabbed in my shoulder. Walk! Water! I also wedged a pillow under it when I was sitting and that helped. It goes away.
