pink discharge

Since I am in the middle of changing my ob to one who doesn't treat my like I am a bother or asks how im feeling or even do a two week postop davinci hysterectomy. He was to uupset because I had concerns about my labia plasty. This morning I had a pink discharge what is this. What is my body going through .he would not answer any of my question dose every one have a vaginal cuff after surgery if they tak cervix and uterus. Im sorry that I am not well informed but I need some guidance and you ladies are better than ever

Christina, Some discharge or bleeding is normal post op. The rule of thumb is generally if you soak a pad an hour then you need to be seen. If your discharge is accompanied by pain or fever then you should be seen also.

If you have your uterus and cervix removed, then you have a vaginal cuff. It's where the dictors have seen the top of the vagina where the uterus and cervix were. Think of a tube sock.
