LAVH: flax seed bag, ah, idea!

I may end up with, oh 10 tummy pillows. But tonight i grabbed my flax seed bag and wala thought. I cant believe i had not considered ot sooner! I have two fabric, like a small pillow bags of flax seeds. Whatever are they for? You can pop em in the microwave and the flax seeds stay warm for like 3-4 hours. Or toss em in the freezer and they stay cold for the same length. I use them in the winter, heat em up and sleep with one at my feet. People do it with corn too (not sure what kind od corn is used) but flax is better. It doesnt break like tge corn does after awhile and its more comfortable. Like a bean bag. I am seeing how these might be soooo helpful post-op! So o thought it might be something you guys could use too. Not sure where you can buy em, my friends make them. I know you can find corn bags online to buy though. All i have is time to think of these things.

Great Idea! I don't know how protective one will be between the tummy and the seat belt or cat, but they would certainly be helpful when heat or cold are desired.

I've seen them for sale at local craft shows. Most I've seen (including mine) are made from rice. Herbs are also included in many for aroma therapy. Mine has lavender.
