chillow pillow

I was just wondering if anyone has tried the chillow pillow. I think I am so tired all the time because I am awake for several hours during the night with hot flashes/sweating. I can't use hrt because I am allergic to it. I have just started a vitamin/mineral mix and it has not kicked in yet. My nights are miserable I wish the flashes would visit during the day instead of night. The vitamins and minerals I am starting all the the ingredients of the flash cocktail, I was just wondering if the pillow helps also.

I love my chillow. It does exactly what it says it will. It is a pillow insert that stays at room temperature. When the little things (like pillow and sheet temperature) bug me, it is a wonderful thing to have. My best girl friend said it is like an unheated waterbed for your head.
