Try a probiotic as well. Get a good one...my gut has been horrible since surgery and I've had to almost reset my body with food and a good probiotic supplement. Has helped tremendously!!! I have since given up dairy because it's not doing me any favors with that!! Ask your dr first though!

I will be at 6 weeks post-op this Wednesday and I am still having bowel issues like you. I started taking again stool softener and senna. I hope it will end soon.
