Post Op 2mths.life seem to be normal

I had my TAH since March , back to work and life as per normal.My intimate moment back to normal as well.Started on my Yoga, doing it slowly.Eversince I have been putting on weight about 3kgs,hopefully I am able to lost this with some exercise. Anyone out there have the same problem as I do?

My surgery was 3-7-05 so we are at the same recovery point. I too am finally back to my normal routine for the most part, occassional twinges or need rest for feeling tired. But overall I am pretty happy!

I have noticed that I have gained about 5-6 pounds too, I am not overweight so this is starting to bother me. I think that since I am back to the day to day routine my appetite has picked up so I need to (carefully) start exercising. I am slowly doing this so because I do not want a setback.

We need to remember our bodies are still healing and it may take a few more months for everything to settle down.

First of all, lucky you. I have been to Singapore twice and loved it.
I had a TAH/BSO on 3-08-05. All went well except the sudden weight gain starting at week 4 or so. My metabolism seems very unforgiving and I can literally gain a pound every couple of days if I am not careful. I still have swelling if I exercise too much so maybe that accounts for some of the weight? Ha! I hope.
