Nite Sweats!

I've been having tremendous nite sweats. I have been on HRT for 3 years prior to my hyst. I kept my ovaries and have maintained my estrogen dosage. I have been sweating every nite for the last 5 days. I had my first post/op appt at 8 days post hyst. I mentioned that I had nite sweats once or twice since I went home from the castle. Dr didn't seem concerned. Now I have them every nite and sometimes during naps. Has anybody else had this happen while already on HRT? I'm assuming that my ovaries are not functioning since surgery and that my dosage may need to be adjusted. What do you all think?

My ovaries took a nap for 2 months after surgery. Even though you assisted yours with hrt prior to surgery, the dosage isn't covering the absence of their help at this time.

Just like I would not have considered starting hrt when my ovaries were temporarily napping, I would not think you would want to change your dosage at this time............unless the ovaries do not kick back in.
