Even with no abnormal paps and no cervix, my doc still wants to do paps on the vaginal cuff every few years.

I was told when I had my TAH BSO that I wouldn't ever need pap smears again. 2 different drs. told me this. Unfortunately they couldn't take out my cervix because of adhesions. Now I have to continue to have paps every year and I hate them because they hurt so much.

I am so glad i read this thread, I thought no cervix no paps, probably why he wants to see me in sept
