please share what has helped with insomnia. I'm noticing that my sleep aid isn't working and i want to know if there is something that can help.

Had my surgery on 7/31 and have been sleep depraved for about 10 days now... It's getting to me and I'm irritated!!!!
Tried NyQuil but doesn't work, grrrr

Insomnia after a hysterectomy is quite common. It does seem to get better over time. In the meantime, here is a HS article that contains some suggestions that may help: Insomnia after Hysterectomy.
