It is hard to beleive that the time is finally here. I am keeping myself busy trying not to think about it.

Thanks for the good wishes. I thought I was doing well with preparation and calmness, then I woke up this morning with a killer stiff neck. DH has rubbed it for me and warmed up a heat pack. I won't be finishing the gorilla housekeeping like I plannned, but Christmas presents are all wrapped and shipped. It's a lovely sunny day, so I'll go for a walk.

Thank you for the well wishes..I am so nervous. I am thankful I found this site where others understand the emotional roller coaster. Good luck and well wishes to all others having surgery on the 11th.

Thanks girls. I'm nervous as a cat!!!! I hope all you other girls are holding up. I'll see you on the post op side!

Sisters, before you know it you'll be back at home and feeling good! The best of luck with you all. Everyone is scared going in. I think I would not have been so scared if I had found this website earlier. I went into the surgery knowing only one person that had a hysterectomy. I felt so much "unknown" anxiety. These sisters know what they are talking about. And while everyone is different, there is a post on here somewhere that will apply to you.
