Hiney Hurting

So I've been taking Miralax daily to keep things moving. I ran out for several days over last weekend. I've been trying to get my bowels back on track with not much luck. To make matters worse, I have a left over hemorrhoid skin thing from giving birth (19yrs ago) that gets really irritated with all the wiping and I guess pushing. It has always made wiping everything away an issue. (tmi!) I'd use wipes but have become super sensitive to them and it makes little stinging sore areas. So my hemorrhoid thing swells and feels like it has a fisure(?) on it. I have a hydrocortisone cream -Proctosol prescribed from several years ago and been applying it at least 3 times a day (since Monday). I've been worried about the cream getting so close to my vagina too. Every wipe makes me want to scream and even when showering the water burns when cleaning! The pain in my butt and the pressure in my belly is discouraging and stressful.
Has this happened to anyone else and any suggestions?

At the 7 wk post open point I got a 24 stomach flu with terrible diarrhea. I wound up with a fissure. I would rather have the hysterectomy again than deal with the fissure pain. Use a sits bath or soak in the tub after every bm, and go to the Dr for nitroglycerin ointment and 5% lidocaine ointment. You have my sympathy
