post op 4 weeks belly button pain

Hi I have been pretty much pain free except being a little sore every now and then. Today I started having burning pain around belly button and now I feel like when I was at 1 week post op. Is it normal to be getting better and then go back into a lot of pain? Wanted to call Dr but didn't want to sound winey.
