Cystocele repair - need details

Hello all. I must say, I am getting more anxious about the cystocele repair than the TVH!! I need to hear from those of you who have had a cystocele repair done, guess it is an anterior repair. Will I have one of those catheders that I will come home with? Also, how is the pain with this? Also, I am worried about my vagina being too tight afterwards. Can someone give me the gory details who has had a TVH and cystocele repair? Thanks!

I didn't have cystocele repair, so can't help you with the catheter question. If you do a "Search" on "cystocele" or "bladder prolapse" you will notice that this subject has been discussed often and you might even find the answers to your questions.

I DID have a rectocele repair (posterior repair) and I DO feel tighter down there. However, the vagina DOES stretch so everything is functionnal
