TAH: I can feel fibroids and so painful

Yesterday I had a massive clear out of wardrobes and clothes that are stored in suitcases (aprox eight cases with six diff sizes where I put on so much weight over last ten years).
Following this I could feel a massive mass in my lower abodomen very low down. My husband was amazed as it has never been that obvious. I know my uterus is enlarged and full of fibroids including 2 large ones and can feel the large ones usually. I'm in a lot of pain this morning, I'm not worried as I know I haven't damaged myself but can't believe why I never felt this before. On saying that my husband usually does the heavy work in the house as I haven't been able to manage it in recent years and I think I have just figured out why.
I have just woken up looking so much forward to surgery.

A few months before my surgery, I felt one of my fibroids. It grossed me out. It was about the size of a ping-pong ball.

Fibroids are nasty little (or not so little) life-suckers.
