New pain 2 months after hysterectomy

I had a TAH 3/18/15. I was feeling much better but Friday I started having extreme pain across my stomach that radiated down. I then had vaginal pain which later led to colon pain and aching. I saw my surgeon/obgyn on Monday and he said it's nothing female related. Not even a UTI which I was sure I had. I'm not constipated but I still have the cramping achy pain to the left of my belly button and vaginal/colon pain. I'm not sure what's going on. Any suggestions?
