Bleeding after intercourse - 2 months post-op

Two months after surgery we had sex. We used a lubricant and I had no pain. When I went to the bathroom I was bleeding. Anyone have any ideas why?

My doctor told me to expect it, especially the first time. I wouldn't be too concerned about it, unless you start bleeding alot.

I had similar response, but it seems like it was a couple of days after sex. Not a lot of blood, just a tiny bit when I wipe. I hope this stops soon. I don''t want my guy to be scared off for fear of hurting me.

How long did you wait before you tried again ?

My doctor told me that if I was spotting blood after sex it meant my vaginal cuff had not been mended properly or completely. He said to call in and tell them and they would schedule me to go in and he would "fix it up". Don't ask me what that means, I go on a need to know basis and at this time I don't need to know. But he made a big point about not being shy about going in again, it does not happen all the time but when it does he just fixes it.

I have had sex twice and have no bleeding. Bleeding might be common but it is not normal ladies.
