still got the blues

I have been having alot of mood swings. I have also been craving a lot of chocolate. The sad thing is I'm starting to gain weight this upsets me I don't know what to do.what do you think I should do?

Sounds like maybe your ovaries are "sleeping"??

Your profile says you kept your ovaries and sometimes in post-op, the ovaries take a "nap" due to the trauma of surgery. Sleeping ovaries can cause mood swings and menopausel symptoms. I have seen several ladies post that they had mood swings right after surgery.

I could suggest you make an appointment with your Dr. and have your hormones tested. Possibly a hormone panel. Or your Dr. could put you on temporary HRT to help with the moodiness.
