No pre-op.
I just show up for surgery on August 4th. Is that common with LAH?

hmmm, I am having a laparoscopic hyst on Friday, and did my pre-op today. Maybe it is up to the doc?

No pre-op for Laparoscopic hysterectomy
Three months will have passed from my initial appointment until my LSH and Dr. said we didn't need to do a pre-op but that he would be more than happy to meet with me if I wanted to. Maybe this is normal-er than we realized?

Hmm I had 2 pre op appointments before my LSH. One was for a physical with my family doc, and the other with my gyno.

No pre-op for Laparoscopic hysterectomy
I have only just my date, 21st October, only had the one appt with gyn and I am just to show up on op day, no pre-op either. Seems strange but thanks to all your lovely ladies on this site and my constant reading here I felt informed and ok about it. My dr did say to call him if I have any further questions.
