pre op appt

Hi ladies
I just had my pre op appointment over the phone....... has anyone else had theirs over the phone? I thougth that was strange! Good news is no bowel prep yippy! I just wish this operation could be done over the phone he he he

but I had to have a pelvic for the pre op this time. My surgeon is very talented, but I don't own my own Pederson speculum and a web cam LOL!

Doc has done the delivery of the path report via fax before and then a phone call to answer any questions I have. He knows I know how to use a pathology dictionary. He also knows Dh has to take a half day off work and it is a five hour round trip drive for us, so he tries to help where he can.

I've never heard of a pre-op over the phone but if you're comfortable with it then good! I had to go in person for my appointment to do blood work.

Congrats on no bowel prep. I hope to never buy Fleet enemas again
