Boosting the Post-Op Immune System?

I think these replies are great-but as a school nurse, my motto is WASH YOUR HANDS. Teaching others to cough into their elbows, keeping hands away from face unless eating. Refrain from chewing on things like pencils, fingernails, etc. Drinking plenty of water, & eating a balanced diet along with exercise is always helpful too. Washing hands before & after eating. Coming into work, coming home from work & of course the obvious-after the bathroom. When in doubt, wash your hands. Did I mention wash your hands? lol.
