New challenge for 2008

OK, 2007 is almost gone and, at least where I'm concerned: it's a good thing..... because, where health and fitness are concerned, it was a total write off

So... on to 2008 and a fit year

Good luck to all who join the challenge!!!

My goals for the year are simple:
  • Get back on the Weight Watchers program
  • Go back to Curves
  • or whenever possible
  • Keep my BP under control
  • Ensure that I get a good night's sleep

ps: I'll also start a January thread where we can keep track of our results for the month.

New challenge for 2008

I am hoping that 2008 will be the year that will see an improvement in my health and my fitness!

My goals are:

1) Exercise, exercise, exercise

2) Eat right for me, which means watching my food allergies

3) Get my health back on track, follow up with docs when things are not going right

4) No more procrastinating or excuses

Here's to all of us having a healthy and happy 2008!

I eat healthy. so not an issue- just more of the same.
for 2008
My goals are to regain and improve my overall fitness level.
the plan is to
*focus on being more flexible with pilates.
* tone with weights
*and cardio is just a given to keep the weight off


one thought i just read.
two workouts- 20-30 min twice a day can be just as/ or more effective than one long one. I might try that on off gym days.
