As long as you've been cleared by your Dr to resume exercise activities, you should look at Fitnessblender.com. They have free exercise routines for abs and core. I like the Pilates. If you've not yet been cleared by your Dr to do so, please check with him/her prior to beginning any type of exercise program. My suggestion would be that you start out with their routine for abdominal surgery/post natal patients. It will help you ease back into using your abs.

Belly roll

I'll have to check out fitness blender this weekend. Since surgery, I have painfully discovered that I have some scar tissue adhesions AND IBS. It is painfully miserable when they flare up.... so, I'm definitely trying to find better ways of eating to go with an exercise program now 🙂. Thank you for your help!
