Good morning sisters- week four post hysterectomy pelvic pain still and hardening of vein?

Good morning my special hystersisters and I hope this message finds you all well. I'm four weeks and 4 days post removal uterus cervix tubes. Left both ovaries. I went back to work part time as a nanny for a family and only worked three hours - came home and dropped in the bed. I care for a one year old and did play with her and pick her up because she needed me to. I woke up with deep pelvic pain as I sit here with a heating pad. Did I overdo it?? People are telling me I should wait until the six weeks mark and I'm curious as to when others went back to work and how it affected them. Also, two days ago, my vein in my right arm from wrist to elbow went hard as if there is a rope under my skin. I don't want to call my doctor over every single thing which is why I'm glad I have you all as support and feedback with your experiences. Thx in advanced and happy Friday :hugsmiles:

It sounds like you've over did it.
Stay within your doctor's restrictions and listen to your body.
For the vein thing, well, contact your doctor, it could be nothing or something more serious, so matter what experiences other have, this may not be what is happening to you.
