Happy to be home from the castle!

Hi Sisters,
This is my first post since my castle date on July 31st. I also had a bladder tack (couldn't possibly spell or remember what this is called) so I had my foley cathether in an extra day. I came home on Saturday, August 3rd, and have just taken it very easy (easy to do in my drugged state LOL.) I will tell my story a little later, but wanted everyone to know that my surgey went very well, my pain control was good, nurses wonderful and very happy to be home where I can rest. Just a note to all you ladies in waiting, don't expect to be able to sleep all night at the hospital, because they wake you up just when you are sleeping so good! Thank you for all the encouragement before my surgery. I will post later about my experience. I hope this all makes sense, sorry if it doesn't.

Happy to be home from the castle!

Great news, Princess Gracebound! It sounds like all went really well.

You're home and now you can sleep undisturbed! So, rest and let us know how you're doing when you feel up to it, okay?

Welcome Home, Princess Sher!!

I know what you mean about not being able to sleep. I actually had a nurse once come in and wake me up to give me a sleeping pill! Duh!!

Anyway, I'm glad you're home and doing well. Follow your training which is plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids, and take short walks, and you'll be up and about in no time. And remember, no vacuuming, lawn mowing, or

s and prayers for a speedy and uneventful recovery,

Lisa

Happy that you are home Gracebound,

I will look for your details when you feel better. Hoping that you find your daughter to be a comfort to you at this important time.
It's all over but the healing. sleep now and get back to us later.

Happy to be home from the castle!

Welcome Home Sher

I am so glad to hear that you are home and doing so well.

Boy do I ever know what you mean about not getting any sleep in the Castle. I begged my Doctor to let me go home a day early because, and this is what I said to him "I CANT SLEEP IN THIS PLACE" Now that you are home you can get some good rest. Remember to be a good little Princess.

Enjoy being Pampered

Take Care
