4 month post-op severe pain urinating

I have been having an on going issue with severe pain when I urinate. I have had my urine tested and there is no infection. I have found that the most pain comes when I have a very full bladder. It comes and goes and when it does occur it will hurt for usually the entire day. It only hurts on the side that my ovary was left and it's an intense burning feeling. If anyone can shed light on this for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I get that, too. 11 weeks postop. Feel like as my bladder deflates as I pee, the pain goes away. Very uncomfortable.

I had a lot of bladder pain after surgery. Turns out I have IC, I'd never heard of it before. It has been a real eye opener for me. My bladder hurt as it got full and about 30 minutes or more after I would void. Bladder spasms were fun too (sarcasm here). I also had no infection present. Finally getting things under control now, I still have good days and bad days. You might want to consult a Uro/Gyn if this continues to be painful and bothersome. Feel better! (((hugs)))
