Weight gain

I think we all worry about this. I'm a very fit gal and I still worry about it. I just had a daVinci total hysto with removing everything, including ovaries, and I think I have lost about 8 pounds so far. I am only 2 weeks post op. I have not had much of an appetite and find that if I eat too fast, I hurt. If I eat to much, I hurt. This has definitely helped with no weight gain. I have also been able to walk just about 2 miles a day now for the past 4 days, so there is hope that we can keep moving. I'm trying to keep it to several small meals a day and that is working for me. Good luck and prayers for a great surgery and speedy recovery.
