3 days post hysterectomy: Anyone else have bingo butt? In one position for too long?

I have a bad case of what we refer to in our house as bingo butt. Like when your on a roadtrip or have been in one position too long. I am 3 days post-op and spend most of my time in a recliner. I do walk several times a day and have tried using pillows but nothing helps for very long. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try a heating pad on your hip.
I found it helpful on muscle aches.

I layed in bed ir on couch semi reclined, then shoved a pilliw under my legs all the way to my buttocks as tight as what was comfirtable. That seemed to move the pressurr spot and the muscles and made things less painful. Thankfully i could sleep in my right side so long as i kept my head up by end of first week (left side, however, i will let you know when that happens!)

Laid on my side and started the crossword butt. Jk. Totally feel your pain h ugggs.

I just kept standing and extremely walkie .....

OK Miss Muffin You and I really do have the same sense of humor. While my first post was really partical, what I wanted to say is you could play connect the dots with the cellulite on my butt.
