My 6 Week Post op Hysterectomy
I had my 6 week post op exam today. My doctor didn't seem at all surprised when i told her that I had not had any spotting or bleeding since the day of the surgery. She said I have healed extremely well and took me off all physical restrictions.....well she did suggest that I wait at least another week or two before resuming sex. But I can exercise as much as I want, even jog if I feel like it. No lifting restrictions. I've been very fortunate that my healing and recovery has gone so well.
