4 weeks post-op and tightness/pain

I had vertical incision, which healed fine. For the last few days I've experienced a "pull" feeling lower left below incision. I feel it when I laugh or cough. Not bad pain but it feels tight. Today I stumbled (didn't fall), and it hurt. When I press on the area it doesn't hurt.

Anyone experience the same tight pull feeling?

thats the muscles..when you had your surgery they use these recepticals like forcepts to hold you open..its your body healing... if it gets worse call your doctor..i had the same thing.

I had that for a long time.. now just when I over do it. I called the doctor a few weeks ago and he said I could have that for a year.. you are just healing, but if it gets worse call your doctor just to be on the safe side.

same place in the world and i had mine 1 day later. I have some pulling when i laugh too much sneeze etc... have found great peace sitting on the lovely beaches!
